TDP Chief and opposition leader Mr Nara Chandrababu Naidu have made some interesting comments in the Assembly on Thursday during the budget sessions. Removal of statues was the subject of debate in the assembly yesterday and regarding this, YSRCP MLA, Ambati Rambabu fired at Chandrababu.

As part of yesterday's Assembly session, a discussion on the removal of statues has taken place in the House, where the YSRCP MLA Ambati Rambabu made controversial comments on Chandrababu that, he gets Stomach inflammation while seeing the statue of YSR. He said the YSR statue in Vijayawada doesn't create any trouble to anyone.

"The late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's statues were intentionally removed by Chandrababu's government. Don't know why Chandrababu is always jealous of YSR and so the ex-CM removed YSR's statue in Vijayawada," said Ambati.

Responding to this, Chandrababu said, "Many people in this House may not know that Rajasekhara Reddy was my best friend. We have shared a room together when we were together in the same party from 1975 to 1983 and travelled together in politics. We were only divided into political lines because I moved to the Telugu Desam from the Congress while he stayed with the Congress. Personally, we had a lot of affection for each other".

Naidu also denoted that Jaganmohan Reddy has no clue about this friendship and rather questioned why would he remove YSR statues. While Naidu was expressing his affection towards YSR, Jagan was seen laughing in his seat.

"Probably the ruling party has nothing to criticize me, so they want to corner me with such stupid allegations," he added.

All of a sudden Chandrababu's comments have become viral and few YSRCP MLAs in the assembly too patiently heard what the TDP chief was saying. In fact, despite being bitter political rivals, on many occasions, Chandrababu said YSR is his good friend and both mutually discussed various issues concerning people.
